Our
latest sausage variety is Beef and Real Ale, this is a proper Detton Beef
sausage made with Hobsons' Old Henry Ale, brewed in Cleobury Mortimer.
An unusual, top quality sausage that tastes really good.
If
you fancy a night out eating Detton Beef and Lamb and other local food
and drink, try the Fighting Cocks in Stottesdon (nr Cleobury Mortimer).
It is an excellent traditional rural pub which offers carefully prepared
food and drink in a lovely setting.
Spiced
Salt Beef - This is home cured Silverside which you cook by boiling and
is particularly delicious cold in sandwiches and will keep very well in
the fridge.
