If you are placing an order for the first time it is ideal if we can speak directly to you so that we can be sure that we understand exactly your requirements. Also it will help you to understand how we prepare, pack and send your meat, so you know what to expect.

If you complete the order form with an estimate of weight we will aim to send the product with your estimate as a guaranteed minimum weight.

For Example; If your order was for Topside joint 1.9kg, we would guarantee to send a joint min 1.9kg.

If we cannot fulfil this promise we will contact you before despatch to make other arrangements.

If you live locally we might be able to deliver your order ourselves, otherwise we use a courier service whose prices can vary,but are usually about £20 - £25 for 10kgs. Contact us to discuss the best delivery arrangements

Despatching Orders

Orders will normally be sent approximately 2-3 weeks after you place your order.

All the meat will be fresh, vacuum packed and labelled for immediate use or freezing and will be packed in a polystyrene cool box with chill pads

We will contact you to let you know when your order should be arriving.

Please ensure that you indicate if the delivery address is different from your home address and include appropriate phone numbers.
